How is it not psychopathic to use someone for sex, even if they agree?

It’s psychopathic to manipulate people into having sex they don’t want, but you seem to be making the Typical Mind Fallacy; just because you personally don’t want to have a certain kind of sex doesn’t mean nobody does.
If two people both enjoy sex and both want the same thing, how exactly is that “psychopathic”?
